Joanna Olchowik
Receptionist

In 2004 I graduated with MSc in Finance and Administration from Wroclaw University of Economics in Poland. Shortly after that I moved to Scotland and started working as a Retail Manager where I learnt my customer service skills. In 2011 I joined the Polwarth Group as a Dental Receptionist. My job is to be the first point of contact for all patients,manage our dental appointment system and ensure all patients are kept up to date with any information. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading and keeping fit.
